MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

The 2026 MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is now accepting applications.

Parents/Guardians may apply for MOE FAS through the following modes:

• You can apply online. Parents are encouraged to submit an online application.

• Alternatively, you can download the MOE FAS Application form or collect a copy at your child’s school.

Onboarding to Household means Eligibility System (HOMES)

MOE will be onboarding HOMES for means-testing of financial assistance from the 2026 application cycle. This will streamline the application and means-testing processes, as most parents will no longer be required to submit supporting documents, thus making the application process more convenient.
