The Physical Education department programmes foster a holistic approach to physical well-being. It incorporates diverse sports to cultivate skills and sportsmanship, while outdoor education initiatives foster adventure, resilience, and environmental consciousness. Additionally, the curriculum emphasizes physical health and safety, empowering students to make informed choices for a healthy lifestyle. Using a variety of teaching approaches, including game-based learning and experiential learning, the department engages students and develops their skills.
